How to use

 
 

Mode of Use

 
  •  

    STEP 1 - APPLIANCE

    Promote the dental surface cleansing with non-oily pastes. Abundantly wash with water;

  •  

    STEP 2 – APPLIANCE

    Perform a efficient isolation in the operatory field and dry with air jets free of oil and humidity. The use of a retractor is recommended for a better visualization.;

  •  

    STEP 3 – APPLIANCE

    Make the acid conditioning using a phosphoric acid 37% (Power Etching – BM4) from 20 to 30 seconds;

  •  

    STEP 4 – APPLIANCE

    Wash with enough water and dry with air jets free of oil and humidity. Any contamination as saliva or residues may affect the adhesive penetration in the micro porosities formed by acid conditioning. If occurs, perform the conditioning again.

  •  

    STEP 5 – APPLIANCE

    Apply with the syringe one layer of the adhesive Ortho Natures Color Change in the bracket base;

  •  

    STEP 6 – APPLIANCE

    Immediately put the bracket with the adhesive in the conditioned surface and adjust to the final position.

  •  

    STEP 7 – APPLIANCE

    Push the bracket against the tooth so a thin layer of adhesive is kept, approximately 0,5mm. Remove all adhesive excess with an exploratory probe before light curing;

  •  

    STEP 8 – APPLIANCE

    To every bracket type cluing, light cure the bracket edge for approximately 20 seconds and putting the curing light tip closer to the adhesive. A minimum power of 400 mW/ cm2 is indicated. Equipment with inferior power need a bigger cure time. Use protection glasses during the light curing;

  •  

    STEP 9 – APPLIANCE

    After the gluing, the arch can be placed;

  •  

    STEP 10 – APPLIANCE

    When the treatment is finished, remove the brackets with specific instruments. The adhesive residue in the dental surface must be removed with low rotation burs or thin granulation discs. Care must be taken do the enamel will not be damaged.

  •  

    STEP 11 – APPLIANCE

    Polish the teeth with felt discs or polishing paste with extra fine granulation.
