Perform teeth prophylaxis before the beginning of the treatment;

With a color scale, mark or take pictures the teeth original color to be used as comparative documentation;

Isolate the gingival tissue that will receive the whitening gel with a light curing resin specific for this end (gingival barrier), preventing the gel from touching the soft tissue;

Apply in buccal and etch surface of the teeth to be whitened the carbamide peroxide (Power Bleaching 37%);

The product must stay in contact with the teeth for 45 minutes and, after, be aspirated. The product left over must be removed with air/water jet;

In case of sensitiveness apply Painless 5% (desensitizer agent) for 10 minutes before Power Bleaching appliance; Note: Vital teeth whitening can be repeated as many times as necessary, there is no minimum waiting time between sessions
