CHARACTERISTICS

MILLENIUM is the first of a new generation of alginates. It is classified as an irreversible hydrocolloid product.

Millenium can be used for the preparation of:

Mobile prosthesis
removable and fixed prostheses antagonist
temporary proshtesis
preliminary models
position impression
While international standards require alginate products accuracy not to exceed 50µ, MILLENIUM accuracy level is 15 µ. Therefore this product is the most appropriate when details are essential for quality prosthesis preparation. MILLENIUM is the right product for the preparation of non-removable prosthesis. Like all other alginates manufactured by LASCOD this product remains dimensionally stable for over 100 hours.

DISINFECTION

MILLENIUM impressions can be disinfected by submersion in specific solutions without alteration by carefully following their manufactures instruction for use.

STORING

The model can be poured up to 168 hours with optimal results.
The impression must be stored in a sealed plastic bag (Safe-Lock Bags by Lascod) without adding anything else. Do not leave the impression in open air or immersed in water.
MILLENIUM working time(1'45'') can be extended when required with Personal Krono liquid. The liquid does not change MILLENIUM physical properties and in-mouth minimum setting time (just 30”).
